Amazing Alpacas home page

Members Club

Our club was created for people with an active interest in alpacas and who have a desire to know and learn more. The club gives members access to a range of activities, information and special offers. Membership can be for individuals or families.

Membership is for a year and includes:

  • An Alpaca Encounter for the member and a guest(s), at a date and time to be arranged. Alpaca Encounters are a private farm visit lasting about 90 minutes, where you will learn about alpacas and their history. You will meet some of our herd and we will explain how we care for them and give everyone an opportunity to hand feed them and get up close with alpacas. This is also a great opportunity for some memorable photos.
  • An Alpaca 'Chill Out' for the member and a guest(s). This is a quiet, relaxed session where you can sit in one of our paddocks and be in the presence of alpacas for about an hour. We ask that you approach this session in a meditative way and try to commune with the alpacas. Many people find being around alpacas therapeutic; while we cannot guarantee that, you should come away refreshed, calm and content.
  • Access to our member's only Facebook page, where you will get exclusive first views of new cria, profiles of our herd members, short behind the scenes videos and all the latest news.
  • 15% off the range of items on sale from The Alpaca Boutique and our other alpaca branded items, which we will feature on the member's Facebook page.
  • Individual membership costs £55 for a year and members may bring one guest/child with them for the Alpaca Encounter and Alpaca 'Chill Out' sessions. Family membership costs £75 and members may bring up to four guests/children, on their Alpaca Encounter and Alpaca Chill Out.

To join our club, please click here, fill out the form and we will then email you an invoice for your membership.

Notes:

As with all our activities children are welcome on the farm but should be accompanied by a responsible adult. Dogs are not permitted on the farm. No food, beverages or alcohol may be consumed on the farm.

Alpaca Encounters and 'Chill Outs' can take place daily throughout the year and in the evenings during summer months. All activities take place outdoors and while our alpacas don't mind being out in the rain, it's more comfortable for people in dry weather. If it is raining on the day of your scheduled visit, we're happy to postpone to another day if you prefer.

You are advised to wear clothing and footwear suitable for an outdoor activity on a working smallholding.
